Georges Mill Farm Store
We met Molly + Sam the first year they had a goat cheese CSA (subscription) in 2013. Admittedly, we were the worst CSA members and always forgot to pick up our share. BUT, we have remained friends nonetheless. Find our veggies alongside a full range of their delicious farmstead cheeses, as well as their pork & charcuterie, fresh eggs, soaps & other local products in their store.
The Dabney
Located in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC, the Dabney sources from the mid-Atlantic’s finest farms and purveyors. We’ve been lucky to work with Chef Jeremiah Langhorne and his team for over a decade. They truly walk the walk of sourcing locally and let our veggies help shape the menu. The restaurant has received a Michelin Star since 2017.
Dolcezza
Dolcezza produces small batches of hand-made gelato every morning in their expansive Gelato Factory & Coffee Lab in the Union Market neighborhood, using the best available ingredients: local fruits, herbs, nuts, cheese, milk and cream. We’ve been selling herbs like tarragon, lemon thyme, opal basil, chocolate mint and lavender to Robb + Violeta for over a decade.
Albi
Albi, meaning “my heart” in Arabic, is located in DC’s Navy Yard neighborhood. The menus reflect a creative update to traditional Palestinian cuisine, with modern techniques utilizing the best the Mid-Atlantic has to offer. The Albi team has been awarded a Michelin Star since 2022. Chef Michael Rafidi was recognized as Outstanding Chef by the James Beard Foundation in 2024.
Potomac Vegetable Farms
We’re happy to provide veggies to PVF as part of their cooperative CSA and for purchase at their farmstands. They provide shares throughout Northern VA and have a real commitment to helping create and support other sustainable farms. All participating farms use organic growing methods, though may not be certified.
Oyster Oyster
Oyster Oyster serves up more than just bivalves in its charming and airy space. In fact, much of chef Rob Rubba’s exceptional tasting menu focuses on vegetables, the freshest of oysters and a variety of fungi. Alongside their Michelin Star, Oyster Oyster has also been awarded a Green Star by the Michelin Guide due to their sustainability practices.
